1. Reservation is subject to modification or cancelation via the link mentioned in the confirmation message, any time till the appointment by fifteen minutes. In such similar cases, full payment will be processed for the whole paid amount.
2. In case, the reservation is not clearly canceled, the paid amount will be refunded with a 10% discount. (Reservation is automatically canceled after 12 midnight of the same day of reservation).
1- يمكن تعديل الحجز أو إلغاءه عن طريق الرابط المذكور في رسالة التأكيد وذك في أوقت حتى موعد الحجز بخمسة عشر دقيقة. وفي هذه الحالة سيتم استرداد المبلغ المدفوع كاملا. 2- في حالة عدم إلغاء الحجز نهائياً، يتم استرداد المبلغ المدفوع مع خصم نسبة 10% (يعتبر الحجز الاعياً تلقائيا بعد الساعة 12 صباحاً ليوم الحجز)
3 في حالة الحضور إلى المستشفى بعد موعد الحجز، يتم التحويل تلقائياً إلى قائمة الانتظار طبقا للوائح المستشفى. وفي حالة رفض المريض الانتظار ورغبته في إلغاء الحجز، يتم استرداد المبلغ كاملا النفس بطاقة الدفع التي تم من خلالها الحجز وبعد توقيع المريض لنموذج الاسترداد في المستشفى. - لا يتم أي تعديل أو إلغاء للحجز بعد الدفع إلا عن طريق الرابط عبر الانترنت فقط ولا يجوز الاتصال بالمستشفى لإجراء أي تعديل أو للإلغاء.
3. If the patient arrives to the hospital after the set appointment, the reservation will be transferred automatically to the waiting list. In case, the patient refuses to wait and wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the full paid amount will be refunded and reflected to the same charged card used for the related reservation after obtaining the patient's signature on the hospital correlated refund form.
5 في حالة وجود جهة تعاقد، يجب ذكر بيانات التعاقد عند التسجيل لأول مرة حتى يتمتع المريض بنسبة الخصم المحددة له، وفي حالة عدم تسجيل هذه البيانات لن يتمكن المريض من الحصول على نسب الخصم الخاصة به إلا عن طريق الحضور إلى المستشفى لتحديث البيانات.
4. No amendments or reservation cancelations should be conducted after the payment process except through the online link. It is not permissible to contact the hospital to manage any modifications or cancellations.
5. In case there is a contracting authority, patient's contracting details must be mentioned upon his first time registration, to be able to obtain the related discount rate. If no details are recorded, the patient will not be able to obtain the discount rate except after arriving to the hospital to update his details.
